The Agriprof Sesame Roasting Machine is designed for uniform and hygienic roasting of dehulled sesame seeds. With a 250 kg capacity, this industrial-grade equipment is essential for tahini and sesame processing plants.
When rotating clockwise, the machine performs the roasting process; when operated in reverse, the automatic discharge system activates, saving significant labor time.
The roasting pan can operate with LPG, natural gas, fuel oil, wood, or coal as heat sources. For the best efficiency and control, a Riello burner is recommended (not included in the price).
The interior surfaces are coated with 304-grade stainless steel, and the insulated body minimizes heat loss.
Roasting time is approximately 2.5 hours for wet sesame after dehulling, and 20–25 minutes for dry dehulled sesame intended for tahini production.
