In sesame processing lines, one of the most labor-intensive stages is transferring soaked sesame seeds to the peeling machine. With the Agriprof Automatic Sesame Soaking Tank, this process becomes fully automatic and highly efficient. Thanks to its gear-driven screw conveyor system, the soaked sesame is seamlessly transferred to the peeling machine — without manual handling.
Manufactured entirely from 304-grade stainless steel, the tank ensures hygienic and long-lasting operation. The bottom valve allows easy manual drainage, and optionally, a time-relay controlled valve can be added for automatic water release. A vibration motor can also be integrated upon request for enhanced flow. The system is controlled through the electrical panel of the sesame peeler.
